Simply Well article for Confident Women
As business women, we well know how the many demands of our daily lives can wreak havoc with our body. We talk about being “stressed out,” yet all too often fail to make the connection between the chaos in our mind and how it affects us-physically, emotionally and mentally.
Imagine how it would feel to be able to release the stored up stress and tension within your body to achieve a greater sense of well-being and true healing. Thousands of patients (including many WOAMTEC members), of Simply Well, a Winter Park-based practice started 10 years ago by Dr. Dominick D’Anna, have experienced extraordinary results in their lives.

Personally, my brother and I were talking the other day. We were discussing our economic situation, the new President and about Faith. We discussed something he had heard a Pastor say on TV. The Pastor said, “We pack our own luggage and if we are going on a trip that we have to walk everywhere, why do you want to overload what you can truly be comfortable with? Take what you need and only what you need.” In times like these, many businesses have to stay strong, work hard, and focus on what really matters. Remember, at the end of the day, the only deposits that matter in life are the ones you make in the lives of others. Blessings for a wonderful 2009, have faith, work hard, and stay focused on the important things in life!
