Membership
General Membership-
A general membership is available to each successful business woman who joins per category, per chapter, and will be conducted on a 6 month membership. Price per membership is $165 for six months or $300 for the year. Categories will be reviewed and approved or declined by the WOAMTEC corporate office. Based on your category and business, additional information such as business descriptions and marketing material, occupational license, or member referrals, may be requested. This is designed to uphold our mission statement and current Code of Ethics policy. Membership exclusivity gives you the ability to lock in a single chapter category for the right to promote and market that category product or single service to your chapter in a 60 second infomercial, spotlight vendor showcase, and distribute pertinent category related materials at the meetings. Membership includes the right to attend the weekly meetings, seminars, conventions, social activities, and training programs as they are offered, the right to engage in direct mail marketing with other members, and receive a nationwide Directory exposure in the Confident Women Directory on the WOAMTEC™ website. You can attend two meetings total as a guest before needing to join as a member.
Corporate Firm/Practice/Industry Field memberships now available-
Many of our members have companies that want to promote several different products and or services at one specific Chapter meeting blocking out a more extensive group of competition. Therefore to make this more efficient and cost effective for the joining member, we now offer WOAMTEC Corporate memberships for $800 annually, your company can join a Corporate Level. Membership includes: exclusivity in three major category fields, a logo link on our WOAMTEC website Corporate Partners Page, a highlighted ad in our Directory and 5% off advertising in Confident women magazine, and up to 3- 60 second infomercials at each Chapter meeting. You can attend two meetings total as a guest before needing to join as a member. Category options are based on availability and determined by the Corporate Leadership team. Categories selections are determined by the following manors: current members, experts in the fields, and State Licensing regulations and suggestion field groupings. Corporate Memberships are ideal for Law Firms, Medical Practices, Spas, and many other types of memberships.
Apprenticeship-
This membership is a 1 month membership for unemployed or recent college graduates allowing a prospect to visit different chapter meetings during that 1 month period of time for only $65.00. The main focus of this membership is for a job seeker to be able to meet and network with different Corporate WOAMTEC women who may be hiring or be able to connect them with someone who is looking for someone in their field. It is our WOAMTEC goal that our current Members mentor these women as the enter the workforce either for the first time or a second time in their life as a way to build the economy and help those in need within our community. In order to qualify for this membership, the prospect must currently be displaced from their career field and seeking employment. Apprenticeship memberships are only available on a one time basis during a 5 year time span. Applicants should contact 407-767-5417 for more information. Memberships are for a one month calendar cycle and start and begin at the first and the last day of the month. All Directors will receive a monthly notice of the Ambassadors eligible to attend their meetings for that calendar month.
Once all categories are filled at a specific network location, we will open another chapter to develop new networking opportunities. Memberships are non-refundable.
