
WOAMTEC is pleased to announce the launch of a new chapter in Viera, Fl. at Tradewinds Restaurant at Duran Golf Club on Thursday, August 19 at 11:30 a.m. Chapter Director Cherise Czaban noted that Congresswoman Suzanne Kosmas is scheduled to speak at the event.
Czaban is an Independent Senior Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. “I’ve been a member of the Waterford chapter of WOAMTEC since last fall and am excited about the launch here in Brevard,” she says. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for professional women to team up to share ideas, form strategic partnerships, and support one another.”
WOAMTEC is pleased to announce that Lisa Kimball will serve as director of its new North Tampa chapter, which will meet at Grillsmith in Tampa on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. The launch date is scheduled for Tuesday, July 20.
“WOAMTEC was created in 2007 to provide a supportive environment for women who are committed to faith, family and career,” notes founder Kathleen Hawkins. “We employ a ‘no rules’ philosophy aimed at supporting each other and building strong relationships and have found that to be beneficial to our members, whether they are small business owners or work for someone else.”
Kimball is a sales representative with TonerType of Florida, an imaging solutions provider that offers service on laser printers and machines as well as a private label brand of toner and ink.
Karyn Williams is the co-founder of WOAMTEC’s Courage to Dream Foundation, an organization that came to life because of the lyrics to one of her songs. The CTD Foundation is a group of women who are committed to offering hope through practical opportunities, and a chance for young women to get their feet under them as they build their lives on “The Rock”.

WOAMTEC, a networking organization geared towards women, is pleased to announce that Carmen Sierra Gonzalez will serve as the new director of its Lake Nona chapter, which meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at Eagle Creek Golf Club at 11:30 a.m.
Sierra Gonzalez is a Real Estate Consultant specializing in the East Orlando/Lake Nona area. She works with both buyers and sellers and also holds a Certified Distressed Property Expert certification that allows her to help clients avoid foreclosure.
“I am looking forward to leading this new chapter and growing it within the Lake Nona community,” she says.

WOAMTEC is pleased to announce that Gina McVey will serve as new director of its Heathrow chapter, which meets at Journeys, located in Alaqua, every other Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. The next meeting will be July 7.
